2. Services

We provide consulting services on business audit and AI implementation. The scope, timeline, price and deliverables of each project are set out in a contract or invoice agreed by both parties. Information on this website is for reference only and is not a public offer.

3. Prices and payment

Prices on the website are indicative and stated in US dollars. The final price, currency and payment terms are set out in the contract or invoice. As a rule, work is paid in stages, with prepayment for each stage.

4. Confidentiality

We do not disclose information received from a client in the course of work, except where required by law. If needed, the parties sign a separate non-disclosure agreement.

5. Intellectual property

Website content belongs to the service provider. Rights to project deliverables are defined in the contract.

6. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date but do not guarantee its completeness. The parties are liable under the contract and the laws of Ukraine. We are not liable for failures caused by force majeure or by third parties beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in court under the laws of Ukraine.
