1. Who we are

PRB Consulting is a trademark of PLATFORMA ROZVYTKU BIZNESU LLC, company code 42935461, address: 13 Hlybochytska St., bldg. 1, office 3, Kyiv, 04052, Ukraine ("we"). We are the controller of personal data we receive through the website prbconsulting.online, WhatsApp, phone and email.

2. What data we process

• Contact form data: name, company, position, country, phone, email, your message.

• WhatsApp and email communication: phone number or address, profile name, message content.

• Phone calls: number, date and duration of the call. If a call is recorded, we tell you at the start of the call.

• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type — in hosting and spam protection logs.

3. Why we process it

• To respond to your request and arrange a meeting or call.

• To prepare a proposal, conclude and perform a contract.

• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not send marketing messages without your separate consent and we do not sell personal data.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (the website form, contacting us via WhatsApp or email); concluding and performing a contract; our legitimate interest in website security; legal obligations. Processing complies with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

5. Who we share data with

Only with those who help us operate, and only to the extent needed for their task:

• website hosting and protection — Cloudflare, Inc.;

• messaging — Meta Platforms (WhatsApp);

• email and telephony providers;

• contractors involved in performing a contract — under confidentiality terms;

• public authorities — only where required by law.

Some of these providers are located outside Ukraine, including in the EU and the USA. Such transfers comply with applicable law.

6. How long we keep data

For the duration of our communication and 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period (for example, for contracts and accounting records). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we process about you, to access it, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

8. Security

We limit access to data to those who need it for their work and use a secure connection (HTTPS).

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
